Elevating Everyday Life

Welcome back, ELEVATED Community!

I’m your brother K, & today is a great day to have a great day! Hope you all enjoyed the show the heavens gave us recently! Blessings to all concluding their various dedications to you their higher powers & their communities. Continuing our exploration of the ELEVATED principles, this entry focuses on the last four terms—Appreciative, Thriving, Exceptional, & Divine. Here’s some points on how you can integrate these values into your daily activities.

Appreciative: Gratitude Journaling

Activity: Each morning &/or evening, write down three things you are grateful for. These could be experiences, people, or simple pleasures. Gratitude journaling shifts your focus from what's lacking to what's abundant in your life, fostering an appreciative mindset. Writing takes something from the mental dimension & brings it to the 3rd dimension. It is one of the quickest ways to manifest our thoughts. Would you like to manifest quicker?

Thriving: Major on the Majors

Activity: Practice, practice, practice! Dedicate time each week to set & review personal goals that focus on your growth areas. Daily practices that align with the being you’ve chosen to be & goals you have set is crucial! These could be related to career, health, relationships, or personal skills. Setting clear, actionable goals with trackable, measurable daily action helps you move from merely surviving to thriving. Sickness is a lifestyle. Health is a lifestyle. Thriving is a lifestyle.

Exceptional: Learn Something New Every Day

Activity: You are the only you that will ever exist. You are uniquely fashioned for a purpose only you can fulfill. Commit to learning something new daily. This could be a fact, a skill, or a concept. Whether through reading, online courses, or conversation, continual learning helps you lead the exceptional life you’re creating.  Constantly pushing the boundaries of your knowledge & abilities will unlock your destiny.

Divine: Meditative Reflection

Activity: I trust that all is Consciousness. Since there is only One thing going on, we each can find the guidance we need within. Engage in daily meditation, focusing on connecting with the divine within you. This practice can be as brief as ten minutes each day, where you sit in quiet reflection, seeking a deeper connection with your higher self & the universe. If we can’t add to the All or take away from the All (cause where & what is outside All), then All is One. Tap in!

As we progress through April, let's embrace these activities not just as tasks, but as pathways to genuinely embody the qualities that define our ELEVATED community. The 9 spirals up into the next dimension. By contrast, 6 spirals down to earth, hence why the bible calls it the number of man. We will give this more attention later. For now, just know the pinnacle is often the door to the next cycle, not the end. By integrating these practices into your daily routine, you contribute to a richer, more fulfilling life aligned with our collective values.

Best & better,

K
